What is the minimum order for bulk pricing?
Volume pricing starts at 20 units, and one unit is one item: a pair of socks, a bottle, a roll, a box of dressings or a sachet set of powder. Discounts apply per product as the quantity climbs — 20+ saves 20%, 50+ saves 24%, 100+ saves 28% and 250+ saves 30%.
Do you offer Net-30 terms?
Yes, for verified clinics, home health agencies and hospices. Talk to a rep to open a facility account; pre-pay is available on first orders.
Is freight included on bulk orders?
Ground freight is free on any order of 50 or more units, sent as one consolidated shipment. Dispatch is typically one to two business days.
Can we set up recurring or standing orders?
Yes. Verified facility accounts can set recurring shipments with locked-in pricing and a dedicated rep.
Do you supply skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies?
Yes. We supply skilled nursing and assisted living, home health and hospice agencies, wound care clinics, physician practices, LTACHs and DME suppliers.
Do you provide HCPCS codes for reimbursement?
Yes, for the collagen line. Coding, coverage and payment decisions always rest with the payer.
